Oatmeal Banana Snack Bread!
Although the pictures seem to be a bit blurred, the end result was quite fantastic! This healthy little nut snack bread is delicious AND nutritious. It is baked in a 9"x13" pan, making it much thinner than a normal banana bread...which means smaller snacks and more to share! I usually cut the bread into slices and whatever we don't enjoy in the first few days out of the oven is placed in a ziplock bag and frozen. Bread actually does well in the freezer and when you want just one slice of the bread, you can easily pull it out and let it thaw on a plate for 30 minutes before eating! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did!

1 cup bran

1 cup raw walnut pieces
